Moryien
The character and voice of Moryien is free to use for both commercial and non commercial purposes.
Please ensure proper credit is given for usage of this library(ie. mention in the media in which the voice or character was used for, or the description of said media).

The artwork included in the package is free to use for non-commercial purposes under the same conditions.

Do not redistribute the contents of the voice library to other parties under any circumstance.
​
Editing or modifying of the contents of the voice library are permitted for the user's own experimentation. Do not publicly or privately release any modified versions.
​
Derivatives of the character and voice of Moryien are permitted for private use only.
​
Ports to other vocal synthesis software are permitted.
​
Use of the character and voice of Moryien in violent or explicit content is permitted so long as it does not promote underage sexual activity, illegal activity, or hateful ideologies.
Resources
Resources such as USTs and instrumentals created by Nythoma are free to use for non-commercial purposes only.

Edits or modifications of resources are permitted. Permission is required to release or redistribute any edited or modified versions. Permission is not required to release additions to resources separately(ie. ad libs, additional harmonies, backing vocals, etc.) Do not redistribute unedited resources.
Disclaimers for UST files
USTs created with a custom voicebank format will not work as a 'plug and play' UST. Editing will be required to fit the desired voicebank. Base UST files with song lyrics are included for these instances in order to input phonemes from scratch.
Older USTs may be less optimal and may not include a base UST or MIDI. Use at your own discretion.
USTs created for a custom arrangement or instrumental may differ from the original track by elements including but not limited to song key, timing, tempo, and may include slight modifications, additions, or omissions to the lyrics or vocal tracks. These USTs may require minimal to heavy editing in order to fit the original instrumental track.
